Save A Lot - Wax Paper Review
To whom may concern I live at group home in Lanham MD. Today between 12:10~12:20pm I went to SaveAlot Lanham location to buy cooking paper.
Right before swing by I was at public store and did some research about difference between wax paper and cooking paper. According to to the web, do not use wax paper in the oven it may smoke! I also had same experienced sometime ago it was smoke when I used it for pizza baking sheet. At the store I was looking for cooking paper, but did not found it but just wax paper.
So I ask one of the employee, he then ask one of the co-worker who was approaching to us. I asked him about cooking paper. He said he used wax paper all the time when he is bake, did not even wanted help but ignored and showing some unprofessional attitudes and walk away! After that I came out from the store for a few moments, I went to the section aisle and double check wax paper's instructions.
(I didn't find any instructions about use it in the oven) So I took that wax paper to the guy that he was misleading me about the product. He was not even wanted to listen but instead showing the unprofessional attitudes again and even curses and came out S and F words. P.S. 1) if I were him I would helped customer in proper way.
(he could have been helping me better way, instead of relying on his own experiences) He was so confirm and sure that none of my explainings were convinced! 2) He was unprofessional: not willing to learn or read the instructions of the item ! ( I attended few pictures about that wax paper) 3) He doesn't respect him self. Otherwise he would respect the customer!
Lastly, customers need respects and proper guides: not the lessons or ignorant.
I was almost about to send this email to all SN media. But I just wanted that employees should be train properly, so that they can respect themselves and customers .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I think the product you need is actually parchment paper. It is used by bakers as waxed paper tends to go on fire in a high heat oven.
