I had an experience today where I bought a 1.99 sour cream. I was in such a hurry that I dropped my money looking for a box to put my food in that I had bought previously.

I handed the cashier 20.00 and not realizing until I got home that the change that I thought I had lost was actually not correct in the first place because she had rung up the total entering that I only gave her 10.00 ! The whole time I thought that someone had picked up the rest because I only recovered 3.00 on the floor when I back tracked into the store. I should have checked the receipt before I left because her error could have been dealt with then. I called back and told customer service about it and they treated me rudely like I was the one in the wrong !!

Even if I lost some of my change in the process of leaving the store, I was still given incorrect change ! Store #24983 Cashier Kathleen

I didn't like: How i was treated when the cashier made a mistake and not myself.
