Save A Lot - Rude and not helpful Manager / cashier
I went to Save a Lot to buy food and things we might need during Hurricane Irma. I spent $82.98 in cash .
Since I didn't know Florida had released the money for Food stamps . So 40 min later, I came back to tell the manager ( which was also my cashier) If he could give me my money back so I could pay with my Food stamps card and spend the 82.98 dollars in other stuff that you can't buy with a food stamps card like batteries , flashlights , etc. And he said in a very RUDE way " NO ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!!
And I want to know if what he said was true or he just didn't want to give me my money and help me . I really need that money to help my family survive Hurricane Irma.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

They have an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. You should have been able to return everything and rebuy it. Especially considering the pending natural disaster this manager had absolutely no reason to treat you the way he did.

So your manager wouldn't give you a refund? Why didn't you contact corporate?
They have an option for employees.
Also I you weren't an employee I can almost GUARANTEE there would have been a refund. Wouldn't have been me
Being employed with this company, the manager of that store SHOULD HAVE refunded the total and ring it up for you to be able to pay with your other form of payment.
Glad to hear you think you are special and dont have to follow rules , why dont you shop some place else
