I was making dinner with tortilla chips (senora verde brand) that I got from save a lot. And as I was eating my dinner there was a hard ball in my dinner that came out of the chip bag of tortilla chips. I bite down into it and chipped my tooth. I still have the bag and the ball that came out of it. I was very disturb by and couldnt finish my dinner. If someone could please get back to me please thank you. If I need to get a lawyer, please let me know. Thank you

Complaint about employee

My Complaint Is I Was Told To Go To Self Checkout When The Employee At the Register was Checking a Lady out. I asked why do I have to go there when you're open. She said she was closed. She then let another lady and guy check out in her closed Register. I said I'm A disabled Veteran and she said I Told You To Go There because she was closed. Raising her voice the entire time. I was very UPSET and EMBARRASSED I've been shopping at this store since it opened. Next week I'm doing a review on all social media outlets on what happened to me.Don't SHOP At This LOCATION

Expired Food/Company # is Overseas

EXPIRED COTTAGE CHEESE HAS MY CHILD *** AND PUKING- I tried calling the local store which all numbers are disconnected l. So I call the corporate number which is a call center in India. This chain of store sells expired and bad product. The fresh meat put is brown. The corporate # only takes reports in which the lady barely speaks English. I mustve been high or something but I swear Ive seen mice in the produce department. 90% of their products are from Mexico and prices are now even higher then regular grocery store.

Change my preferred store

She was unable to change my preferred store, because special offers are coming from St. Louis stores only. This should be stated before customers sign up for the save a lot app. Plz take me off the app!! I dont live in St. Louis!!!

It because I wasn't able to register my self to get the $10.00 to sign up. Look atcth video. It was not right. I told him I wanted to register he said he put his number in there to receive his $10.00 he had people there who he gave it too.

Diaper size 6 were priced $18.99, And thats the price that I have been paying for years now but now when I get to the register and was rung up I was told to pay $24.56 thats not right for the customer and I should be credited the difference that I paid Im not ask for anything more than what is due to me! I will be I will not be going here again!!!

Appalling customer service from the manager and the cashier.

20 minute wait to check out. Store manager screaming at the top of voice at another customer,that he could wear his *** earbuds any *** time he wants. If she didnt *** LIKE IT,SHE COULD *** GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ,TO BUY HER *** GROCERIES. AND SHE COULD CALL AND COMPLAIN BECAUSE HE DIDNT *** CARE. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen,from a store manager. It was the first time I had shopped at that store,l will never shop there again. STORE #60120 **** US Hwy. 19. Port Richey,FL. 34668. After having to listen to all that, cashier RICH K. (probably 70 and heavily medicated) was having trouble finding the proper icons on the register and making change.

Items in AD don't have alot of times. Example this week Coffee and I have been there twice and they didn't have it yet. ? They need to give raincheck.

Sales paper ads do not match website sales for 9-15 Feb 2022.

The bottom line is false advertisement. I will not shop save a lot again. My mission is now to put on social media including Facebook of the fraud advertisement be done by Save a Lot. I will not recommend anyone to shop there.

This company sucks no one answers the phone . store manager at Paris ave location rude, and unprofessional

Complaint on return policy

I shopped Save a Lot #156 in Cookeville, Tn on 01-24-22. Inv# 00521757 and Trs # 612515. I purchased some whiting fillets. I later shopped store # 22604 in Crossville, Tn. I made a purchase with transaction code 4191A670D4DB388B. The fillets were cheaper at the Crossville store. I spoke with the store manager and she told me that Save a Lot is independently owned and her store had nothing to do with the Cookeville store. I wanted to keep the fillets I purchased but get an adjustment in price which she would not do. I feel that I should have been allowed to make this exchange.

Poor check out service.

I love this store. I am always there. But one checkout person is so very rude. They Threw my grocery into the cart. Isn't the first time. Just had enough of it the other day. I have watched and seen it done to others. I love the produce there. But if you are going to throw it into a cart. Why should I buy it? I like my lettuce and tomatoes un bruised. Then they pushed the cart away to grab an empty one. Before I was even done paying. The cart moved 5ft away. And they laughed about it. Wow.
