I got a box of sausage patties, they are brown, not pink as they should be. That's not the first time I've gotten a bad product from your store. The store is located in Dalton, Georgia.

Verified Reviewer | New Kensington, PennsylvaniaMeat pricing problem
We buy steaks once or twice a month when they are on sale. We always buy thick cut and have always been charged the sale price no matter the cut, that is until today.
We were charged 20 cents extra per pound. When I questioned the meat department woman she told me that is because they have to adjust the machine/cutter. She told me that that has been in effect for months, which s a lie since we buy our steaks from there and they never charged more for thick cut until now. She said that there was a sign (not obvious) stating the prices.
Is this a new Save a Lot policy? If so, it should be stated on your sale ads. I have pics of the T-bone steaks packages bought today, along with the add and the store receipt.
The add says $4.99/lb but we're charged $5.19/lb. I know that $5.19 is a good price, but I don't appreciate being told that the policy has been in effect for months...LIE.

Verified Reviewer | Grand Blanc, MichiganDisgusted over T-bone steaks
We bought your three pack of T-bone steaks and that meat is from an old cow... how can you guys sell us something so horrible ...we couldn't even eat it...
total waste of our money...
old cow meat is always tough and that was the toughest T-bone steak I've ever had in my life and it wasn't even cooked all the way ...you guys should be ashamed of yourself for selling something like that... getting rid of old meat to people who can't afford good meat and serve as garbage that is just absolutely insane

Shows total of 35.27 & charged my card 50.00 plus 1.98 cash. Also charged 1.00 more per pound because they were bigger. Thats fine because they would cost more as they were bigger but should have cost the same per pound not 1.00 more & it doesnt even show the whole amount they charged me!

Verified Reviewer | Maple Heights, OhioComplaint of security guard trying to bar my service dog being with me in store
The security guard in the Save A Lot on East 144th and Kinsman, Cleveland, Ohio tried to prevent me from being able to shop because I had my service dog with me. He kept asking for paperwork which the A.D.A.
forbids him from asking for, as that paperwork violates HIPAA laws, to prove my service dog is certified and licensed to be a service dog. He claimed a manager told him my service dog wasn't permitted. Yet, upon asking for said manager, two different managers told him I was permitted with my service dog, and they know me and my service dogs.
The security guard still tried to justify his actions even after showing him the A.D.A. governmental website.
I'm not asking for anyone's dismissal, instead, I'm asking that the corporate office teach the actual laws on service dogs to their employees, security guards included. Only two questions are permitted to be asked: A) Is the dog a service dog? B) What task is the service dog trained to perform?
Once asked and answered, the issue should be resolved. It’s also important to note that service dogs are not required to wear or display anything signifying they are a service dog.
User's recommendation: I'd like corporate to deal with this much needed utensil being taken care of immediately!

Verified Reviewer | Hartford City, IndianaDiscriminated by a employee.
My grandson was shopping in the store and a employee named Beth Capper came and asked him to pull his pants up . He told her no problem and did.
She then said she has the right to refuse service to anyone she wants and it's her store . Said she doesn't let woman come in with tube tops on thongs . She then made a smart remark about his long hair . My grandson kept his mouth in check and just left a cart full of groceries and went to another store.
She is very rude to customers and as long as she is there we will not be going back. We spend over 3,000 a month just my family and my daughter . My nephew has a restaurant and did all his shopping there but not no more . His business is the sweet shop .
I also have many friends and family that refuse to go back . We shop at the dollar store now and the other grocery store and the meat deli for our food . I'm going to contact a attorney if no one answers me . I have witnesses to everything.
I like the store but I refuse to go back while she's there. My name is Diane Fuller I live at 422 East commercial st Hartford City Indiana.
My phone number is 765-241-**** . Please respond to this.i

First time back in your store and already both restrooms were out of order. On top of that, you have a plain clothes security guard standing at the exit door like she's homeless!
- Close to my house
- Poor customer service
Preferred solution: moral seems low and customer service needs work
User's recommendation: use the restroom before you go there

Verified Reviewer | Corbin, KentuckyTrying to scam me
I was paying some with cash, some with a card. The cashier yells to someone in the office, 'So I don't enter cash first?' They yell back, 'No.' I'm not a dummy, but if I put my card in, it then charges me for the whole transaction while they keep the $10 that I handed them.
After arguing that one should enter cash first, she looks at me and says okay. Then I asked, 'What the crap is happening?' She said, 'Well, I did it yesterday.' It was as though she entered cash first, then card.
So, what's the difference? I am convinced they were trying to keep my $10 and charge my card the whole amount.

I came to your store and I have a broken foot. The security guy was at the door and my mother asked if the scooter was working.
He did not answer her and began to shake his head. I think that is bad customer service if he can't help the customer.

Come to pick up 6 items, was asked by the store manager to leave bags in the front with no one watching the bags. If a bag is stolen, what is the policy for replacement of stolen bags? This policy was made by employees, not management, but I refuse to leave my bag unattended.
Preferred solution: Come on store with my bag n shop without harassment by store manager for a policy she made up .. enforcement of rules for everybody not jus people of color.
User's recommendation: Corporate policy regarding bags n purses in store
My purse is considered a book bag so I was refused service and told to leave the store
Because my purse is a book bag I was refused service and told I cannot shop in the store. I have a back issue so I cannot wear just one strap on my body. I find this very discriminating
