I was shopping in sav a lot. I had 2 bags from family dollar.
My nephew(6yrs.) Pulled my cart til it tipped over. He started having a temper tantrum badly because hes autistic so i had to carry him out of there. As soon as i walked out a woman followed me to ask me if she could look in my bag as my nephew was still screaming. I told her i had my receipts but she walked back into the store and said " well your going to have to bring them in".
I was not taking him back in there. I brought him home, then tried to call there over and over the 610 623 **** # thats on their website. I continually get a ring once then i get a message that says they cant be reached. Now that woman is using my phone, which was also in my bag and calling people i know to tell them i was in there stealing which is not true and who does she think she is calling people from my phone.
I want a return call ASAP or the name of the owner or a good phone number . Shes going to be lucky if i dobt sue her for slander.
I have my receipt for the one can of green beans and the 2 cans of tuna that were in my bag that she so ignorantly walked away with as my autistic nephew was freaking out. I want my food back.and i cant get in touch withamyone and i dont understand that because they are open til 11.

- - A man over 300 lbs harassed me, followed me to the parking lot, called me ***, and I felt intimidated.
I was at a save a lot location 46 Avenue 66th St., St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
Zip I use the bathroom upon exiting the bathroom a man weighing over 300 pounds got behind me told me get out. Im not welcome here anymore. Im banned from the store every month. I maxed out my card here at this store my food stamps get maxed out every time I get them.
I was bullied by a man more than twice my size. The man kept repeating turn around and hit me and insinuated that I was a female by calling me a *** he followed me halfway across the parking lot out of the store stayed about 1 inch from my back. I felt intimidated violateddiscriminated against and there will be a lawsuit of discrimination against save a lot if nothing is done about this man. Wednesday, August 20 8 PM 7 PM I was harassed and bullied by either a sales associate or a manager.
Im not sure what he is exactly what his position is, but that is what happened. I am extremely disgruntled right now distraught

- - Cashier delayed checkout, told the customer to leave, and threw groceries.
I am writing about Save A Lot, situated at 1500 Garrit Road, Upper Darby. November 26, 9 PM.
I bought some groceries from Save A Lot and I came to check out. In front of me, I saw one customer. I just politely waited. After finishing, the customer checked out with this cashier boy.
He just continued to talk with her. He did not care that I was in line. He just, without reason, extended the talking time with this lady. But I was in a hurry.
I waited a few minutes, then I politely asked this gentleman, 'Hey sir, I am in a hurry. Please let me go.' His answer was, 'Get the *** out of here, *** and he threw my groceries. He denied checking out my goods. After that, I tried to call the police because he disabled me from buying groceries.
But I did not call because I was in a hurry. This young boy was so rude and unjust to the customer; I want the right judgment against this employee. If Save A Lot takes action, they should show me what action they took or Save A Lot should contact me about this, and Save A Lot must apologize to me officially. Otherwise, I am going to court.
I will sue Save A Lot. This is my final option.

Store hours and customer complaint line fraud
- - Store was closed at 8:35 p.m. despite hours showing open until 9:00 p.m.
- - This is the third time the store isn't open during stated hours.
I went to the store at 8:35 p.m. Monday today pull in everything was dark no cars in the parking lot got online looked at their hours stated 7 days a week until 9:00 p.m.
got out walk up to the store doors were locked sign right there it says open till 9:00 p.m.
back in my car called the store nobody answered gave me the recording of the store hours again open 7 days a week until 9:00 p.m. this is not the first time this is not the second time this is the third time that I've come to this store and they're not open during their hours I let it slide the first time because it was on a Sunday and I totally thought they'd just closed early but now knowing that when I showed up at 8:00 on a Sunday they should have been open so besides that I called the customer service number that is on the website after trying to go through website and there's no complaint or contact customer service I called the number that they gave me to call and when I called it asked me to push a certain number if I was 50 or older and it was trying to sell me and that alert bracelet I did not push the number I stayed on the line for additional options did not get additional options got a stupid person talking to me and a recording trying to sell me this met Alert bracelet I lights Save-A-Lot because it's close and convenient and their prices are a little bit cheaper but not enough for this grief I work 10 hours a day with an hour drive 6 days a week with a second job on weekends so I have limited time to go to the store and get food and groceries or things that I need so this is a big inconvenience I would like contacted about this and I think I'm going to contact a better business bureau if I don't hear from anybody because there is a fraud on your line for your customer service and I'm pretty sure that is not allowed disappointed customer m a c don't waste your time

Never shop there
Well, you have a customer that shops at that store every day, and when he comes in after he leaves, you have the manager and employees going around spraying Febreze. Is this the way you treat your customers?
There have been so many compliments about the manager and some of the employees at this store, but nothing has ever happened. They do what they want.
I will make sure people know how they are treated when they shop there. Greenfield, Ohio 45123.

My complaint is with save a lot in fort Pierce Florida the store number is 605 Delaware Ave.my complaint is about a cashier by the name of Helen brooks.she was very rude to me when I asked her why was she taken a break when the customer line was around the corner she cursed me out and started a big scene and at that point I started cursing her back and then she went and got the manger and they put me out of the store and I feel like I should have not gotten put out the store for speaking up for my self and other customers.. Helen Brooks needs to be fierd because she is rude and she doesn't want to do her job

I picked some of these people up before doing rideshare.
I visited store number #61313 and I was treated horrible. I was followed through out the store by staff and security. I was laughed at and talked down on. I was treated as if I were a *** beggar or robber. Im disabled and was trying to do my shopping.
