I bought a bag of charcoal from the store. savalot brand matchlight no lighter fluid needed.

They did not light at all. I called the store and asked if I could bring in the bag with the charcoal that never lit. I lost the receipt. The clerk that answered asked me if I put lighter fluid on it.

My response.. I don't use lighter fluid and that's why I bought the match lights. They tolde they would have to see a receipt. They need to update there police's.

I will take my business right next door to family dollar. That has more up to date customer service.
